Before we talk, you need to watch the video above. It's just one minute and 24 seconds. You'll observe a crow (probably a 'hooded crow') pick up the lid to a jar, set it down on the apex of a snow-mottled roof and slide down one side, carefully keeping its feet on the lid until it gets to the bottom. Then it picks up the lid, flies back to the apex, tests out another face of the roof, finds it lacking, returns to the original position, and slides down again.

It is a remarkable demonstration of the intelligence of the crow . . .

A daredevil photographer went to extraordinary lengths to photograph these rarely seen sharks, which look like they have been etched from stone.

These incredible Greenland sharks can survive for more than 200 years at depths of up to 600 metres under Arctic ice.

Bigger than the notorious great white, they grow to 23-feet long and are so fearsome they have even been known to eat polar bears.

This was a originally a seed i wanted to delete-- but couldn't. 

Eventually a very useful discussion began (About how to delete seeds when the "Delete This Seed" button doesn't seem to be working) -- so I decided to keep the seed up after all.

Instead, the utility company figured it would be cheaper to demolish the 125-foot tall, 98-year old Condit Dam, allowing the White Salmon River to flow freely again into the Columbia River, three miles downstream.

About 50 years ago, the Nile Perch was introduced into Lake Victoria and it ate most of the smaller fish, like the carp that made up a significant part of the diet of the nearby villagers.

Villagers had neither the equipment nor the expertise necessary to start fishing the huge Nile Perch

A few really, really bizarre commercials for toys that may make you say...WTF???

Actually this video is not crazy at all-- its a rather typical Bollywood film. However the person who seeded it on YouTube put in subtitles-- the subtitles are not a real translation, but are rather what he thought their words sounded like. Quite humorous!
